摘  要:目的对复尔康注射液中挥发性成分进行分析研究。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取复尔康注射液挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其成分进行分析鉴定,并用面积归一化法测定其相对百分含量。结果共得到47个组分,鉴定出其中42种化合物,约占总量的98.52%,其中含量最高的为蒿酮(38.12%),其次为右旋樟脑(16.05%)、桉油精(8.15%)、大根香叶烯D(6.54%)、丁香烯(4.08%)、2,6-二甲基-3,7-辛二烯-2-醇(3.21%)等。结论该法分离效果良好,所鉴定组分较准确,为复尔康注射液的深入研究提供科学依据。Objective To analyze the compositions of volatile oil from Fuerkang Injection. Methods The volatile oil was extracted from Fuerkang Injection through steam distillation method. GC - MS was used for the determination of volatile oil. The relative contents of constituents were determined by area normalization method. Results 42 among the 47 separated constituents were identified,which constituted 98.52% of the total amounts, Artemisia ketone was the richest (38.12%), the second were D - Camphor( 16.05 % ), Eucalyptole( 8.15 % ), Germacrene D (6.54%), Caryophyllene (4.08%), 2,6 - Dimethyl - 3,7 - octadien -2 -ol( 3.21% )etc. Conclusion This method is provided with good separation effect. It is excellent to separate and determine the components of volatile oil from Fuerkang Injection, and offers scientific foundation in further study of Fuerkang Injection.
