摘　　要：基因芯片技术为中草药高效、并行、快速鉴定提供了可能。而中草药种特异性探针的筛选是中草药基因芯片鉴定技术开发的关健。文章结合当今中药鉴别芯片和其它物种鉴定芯片研究进展总结了几种适合中草药特异性探针筛选的方法。DNA chip technology makes it feasible to identify Chinese herbal medicine rapidly, efficiently and in parallel. The screening of species - specific DNA probes from medicinal plants is the key step in developing DNA chip for the authentication of Chinese herbal medicines. Combined with current DNA chip researches on identification of herbal plants or other species, some methods available for the screening of medicinal plants＂ species - specific DNA probes were summarized in this paper.
