摘　　要：高校学生政治辅导员与学生联系最密切,对学生的影响最直接,在大学生品德的形成、学业成绩的提高、创新能力的培养以及健康人格的塑造等方面起着举足轻重的作用。在目前形势下,学生工作面临着许多新的课题,辅导员队伍建设问题也面临着挑战,特别是日益凸显现大学生心理健康问题以及高校心理危机干预能力趋于疲软,这成为新时期高校辅导员面临的新课题。The instructor system had already walked more than half centuries in universities of our country. The practice proved, the instructor system is still glowing the vigorous vitality until today, it becomes the Chinese characteristic socialist education system the success practice. But along with the social economy fast development, the higher education enterprise is also rapid along with it development, from this also has some questions and the contradiction. The university student psychologically healthy question raised appears day by day, the universities psychology crisis intervenes the ability to tend to worn out, this becomes the new task which the new time universities instructors faces.
