摘　　要：资金产出弹性α与劳动产出弹性 β的估计 ,是运用索洛增长速度方程测算技术进步效果的关键。本文为测算企业技术进步效果 ,探讨了运用时间序列回归分析法估计经济参数α、β的基本原理和操作程序 ,并对测算结果的客观性、测算方法的实用性进行了评价和修正。表 4,参 2。In measuring the effect of technical progress with growth rate equation, it is crucial to estimate the funds output elasticity-α and the labor output elasticity-β. In this paper, to measure the effect of technical progress, the fundamental principle and operating program of estimating the economic parameters α、β with time series regression analysis method are studied, and the objectivity of the measuring results, the practivity of the measuring method are evaluated and adjusted. 4tabs., 2refs.
