摘 要:在哈尔滨地区,对种植第二年的4个紫花苜蓿品种进行不同频率刈割处理,越冬前测定其主根内可溶性糖、淀粉、游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质4种贮藏营养物质含量,计算C/N(碳氮比);翌年返青后测定其越冬率。结果表明,随着刈割频率的增加,4个紫花苜蓿品种越冬率均逐渐降低。肇东苜蓿和敖汉苜蓿越冬率极显著高于和平苜蓿和阿尔冈金苜蓿。随着刈割频率的增加,肇东苜蓿、敖汉苜蓿主根中C/N略有升高,且变化比较缓慢;而和平苜蓿、阿尔冈金苜蓿主根C/N逐渐下降,且变化比较迅速。In harbin area, different-time cutting treatments were performed with 4 alfalfa cultivars that had been planted for 2 years, the contents of soluble sugar, starch, free amino acid and soluble protein in the main roots were measured before winter and corresponding C/N ratios were calculated; their overwintering rates were determined at next year after returning to green. The results indicated that the overwintering rates of all 4 alfalfa cultivars reduced gradually with increase of cutting frequency. Overwintering rates of Zhaodong alfalfa and Aohan alfalfa were significantly higher than that of Algonquin alfalfa and Peace alfalfa. With increase of cutting frequency, C/N ratios of Zhaodong alfalfa and Aohan alfalfa were increased slightly and changed slowly; C/N of Peace alfalfa and Algonquin alfalfa were declined gradually, and changed rapidly.
