摘 要:介绍了监控组态软件PCAuto和高性能数值计算软件Matlab的特点。针对空调系统因多输入、多输出、高非线性和干扰大的特点而导致常规仪表控制和现场总线技术难以实现智能控制的弊端,提出了一种基于DDE技术的PCAuto与Matlab之间的实时通信方法,发挥了PCAuto和Matlab各自的优点,成功实现了模糊控制、动态矩阵控制等智能控制方法在中央空调自动控制系统实验平台上的应用,实践证明了此方法的可行性。The features of configuration software PCAuto and high performance calculation software Matlab are introduced. Aiming at the abuse. i.e. , difficuhy in realizing intelligent control by using conventional instruments and field bus technology in air-conditioning system because such system features multiple inputs , multiple outputs , highly non-linear and with serious interference , based on DDE technology , the method of real-time communication between PCAuto and Matlab is proposed. Both the advantages of PCAuto and Matlab are brought into play; the application of intelligent control measures , e. g. , fuzzy control , dynamic matrix control, etc. , are implemented successfully in experimental platform for centralized air conditioning control system. The practice proves that the method is feasible.
