对安徽省体育院系体育师资及体育人才培养现状的探讨

摘　　要：运用文献资料、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法,对安徽省体育院系体育师资及体育本科专业人才培养状况进行调查;指出安徽省高校体育要在办学层次和学科建设上快速发展,培养出适应安徽省竞技体育和大众体育发展所需要的研究型人才,为安徽省体育事业的发展和安徽的崛起提供人才支持。Through using the method of literature, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper studies the current situation of sports personnel training and teaching of physical education in Anhui province, points out that the physical education college of Anhui province should have speedup development on the level of school and construction of course professional, raise research talent to adapt the need for athletic sports and mass sports development and provide the talented support for the development of Anhui sports and rise.
