摘　　要：散打运动的后备资源是我国散打运动的基础,影响我国散打运动的长期稳定的发展。本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法对影响我国武术散打后备人才资源的因素进行分析,力图找出影响我国散打运动后备人才资源的主要因素,为散打运动的后备人才培养提供建议。The resource of reserve talents is the basic of our sanda sport. It impacts the long - term and stable development of sanda in China. Through using the method of literature, expert interview and logical analysis, this paper discusses the factors affecting the reserve talents of sanda and tries to find the main factors. The main purpose is to provide the suggestions for reserved talent cultivation.
