关于我国青少年排球主要问题与对策的探讨

摘　　要：采用文献资料法和调查访问法,对我国青少年排球现状进行了全面的了解,就当前青少年排球人数规模萎缩、水平不高主要问题及原因进行分析,并对这两大突出问题需要从基本理论、观念、体制上重新认识。为改变我国排球现状提出了基本对策:体教结合;改革人才培养体制;调整现行竞赛体系和经费途径;建立良好的队员输出和教练员选聘机制,为我国竞技排球运动可持续发展提供理论依据。Through using the method of literature and investigation, this paper makes comprehensive discussion of our junior volleyball, analyzes the reason and main problems of current young people volleyball population scale and low level strength, and to these two major prominent problems, it needs to solve from the elementary theory, the idea and the system. In order to change our volleyball current condition, the author proposes the essential countermeasure： the physical and education unify; reforms the talented cultivation system; adjusts the present competition system and the funds way; establishes the good team member output and provide the theoretical basis for our volleyball sustainable development.
