摘　　要：本论文针对企业对物流管理专业人才的能力要求,提出通用能力和专业能力两方面的培养内容,并提出不同能力分阶段重点培养的思想,最后分析课程教学体系中五种不同的培养模式及其所能够培养的能力,使学生的能力得到有效增值。In order to meet the requirements for logistics talents from logistic enterprises, the author come up with the abilities of cultivation in two aspects： general abilities and specific abilities. The core idea is that different abilities must be cultivated in different courses. Finally, this article analyses five different teaching mode, their ability which can make the students ability develop greatly.
