摘　　要：概括了集群创新网络结构对等性的涵义及判别方法。在此基础上对结构对等性进行了分析,得出其对创新的影响主要体现在:信息和知识流动的加快、正式和非正式关系的加强以及便于有关部门的管理及政策指导上。分析了德阳集群创新网络的结构对等性及对创新的影响。This paper summarizes the meaning of cluster innovation network structural equivalence and the identification methods, then analyzes the stuctual equivalence of cluster innovation network. It is found that its main impact on innovation is to accelerate the flow of information and knowledge, to strengthen the formal and informal relations and to make management and decision- making more convenient. Finally, the cluster innovation network of Deyang city is put into theoretical application.
