摘　　要：在分析TPMS功能和特殊性的基础上进行了TPMS试验方法的研究,分析了国际标准和国内企业标准的试验内容,通过试验总结出了针对TPMS基本功能的实车测试方法、针对系统性能的试验室模拟测试方法和考核系统环境适应性的试验方法,并设计了专用的试验设备。文中介绍的方法和试验设备可基本满足TPMS产品的测试要求。Based on the analysis of TPMS functions and particularity,the test methods of TPMS were studied,the test contents of international and domestic corporation standards were analyzed,and the trial vehicle test methods with TPMS function,the lab simulation test methods for system performance and test methods for assessing the adaptability of system environment were also summarized, then the special test equipment were designed.The methods and test equipment introduced in this paper can basically meet test requirement of TPMS.
