摘 要:固体润滑剂是制动摩擦材料中不可缺少的一类原材料,对稳定摩擦系数、降低磨损率、保护摩擦盘起重要作用。本文用热重分析仪测定了三种固体润滑剂(二硫化钼、三硫化二锑和天然石墨)在氧气氛中的热失重曲线,用扫描电镜观察了它们的颗粒尺寸,用定速摩擦性能测定仪研究了它们对陶瓷摩擦材料摩擦性能的影响。实验结果表明,二硫化钼对稳定摩擦系数和降低磨损率的效果最好,其次为天然石墨,三硫化二锑较差。Solid lubricants arc one kind of the important ingredients in brake friction materials and play critical roles in stabilizing friction coefficient, depressing specific wear rate and do not damage the cast iron disc. The weight loss in oxygen and particle sizes of three solid lubricants, molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), antimony trisulfide (Sb2S3) and natural graphite, were measured using thcrmogravimctric analysis (TGA) and scanning electric microscopy (SEM), respectively. Their effects of volume fraction on friction performance of ceramic friction materials were determined using the friction tester with constant speed. The experimental results indicate that MoS2 is excellent, natural graphite is good and Sb2S3 is fair to affecting the friction performance.
