摘　　要：文章在调查我国学位论文开发利用现状的基础上,分析了学位论文开发利用过程中的知识产权风险及风险产生的原因。针对学位论文服务实际,提出了规避相关知识产权风险的对策。On the basis of summarizing the exploitation and use of dissertation in China, this paper discusses the risk of intellectual property right for the exploitation and service of dissertation, and identifies the reasons for the risk. Then the paper suggests several measures for evading the risk from actual conditions.
