On "1+4×0.5—Practice in Autumn and Study in Spring"Regional Model of the Talents' Training

摘　　要：针对我国中部地区春季多雨,秋季晴朗这一特殊的气候条件,变"2+1"为"1+4×0.5"秋天去工地顶岗实习、春天回学校上课的新型区域性高职院校人才培养模式。既能保证道路桥梁工程技术专业的学生"足额"完成顶岗实习,又能提高教学效果,使课堂教学与现场施工交替对接。In view of the special climate in central China which is rainy in spring and fine in autumn, A new training model of the regional vocational college talents is proposed. This model makes a change from ＂2 ＋ 1＂to ＂1 ＋ 4 × 0. 5＂, indicating practice in autumn and study in spring. The enforcement of this new model can not only ensure the students in the roads and bridges engineering technology profession full post practice, but also improve the teaching effects so as to make the exchange- alternate between classroom teaching and the on-site construction.
