摘  要:目的建立调节小鼠肠道菌群动物模型和预防肠道菌群失调的模型,探讨微生态调节剂不同的使用方法对肠道菌群失调的作用。方法①预防菌群失调:建立小鼠肠道菌群失调预防组和对照组模型;②调节菌群失调:建立小鼠肠道菌群失调模型后,再分为自然恢复组和调节组。以上各组分别在给受试物后无菌采取粪便,观察各组双歧杆菌,乳酸杆菌,肠杆菌及肠球菌数量。结果①预防菌群失调:在菌群失调下同时给予微生态调节剂,与正常对照组相比较小鼠肠道内的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌的数量明显增加;②调节菌群失调:菌群失调后,给予微生态调节剂,乳酸杆菌及双歧杆菌在小鼠肠道内的数量与自然恢复组相比较明显增加。结论微生态调节剂产生调节小鼠肠道菌群,增殖双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的作用。停用抗生素后肠道菌群恢复较快。Objective To establish animal models of intestinal flora regulation and intestinal flora imbalance prevention.Methods ①30 mice were randomly divided into 3 groups,each containing 10 mice.Dysbacteriosis group,prevention group and control group,respectively.②10 mice used in this experiment were randomly divided into 2 groups,each of 5 mice.Antibiotics were used for 5 dyas to create intestinal flora imbalance in mice.Then the mice of control group received saline and the mice in other experimental groups received microecosystem regulator respectively,for 5 days for intestinal floras regulation.Feces samples of the mice wree taken by aseptic manipulation and cultured for assessment of amount of enterobacteriaceae,bifidobacterium and lactobacillus floras growing in the intestine.Results ①Compared with the control group using normal saline,the bifidobacterium and lactobacillus floras were significantly changed in the 2 experimental groups after treatment with dysbacteriosis group,prevention group respectively.Compared with the control group using saline,the experimental groups showed that bifidobacterium and lactobacillus floras were significantly increased after treatment with the microeco-system regulator.②Compared with the control group using saline,the experimental groups showed that bifidobacterium and lactobacillus floras were significantly increased after treatment with tihe microecosystem regulator.Conclusion The microecosystem regulator may excert effects to prevent the intestinal flora imbalance and increase the bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and intestinal bacillus floras in the intestine.
