摘　　要：本文从产业控制力的角度分析了外资并购对我国装备制造业产业安全的影响。根据产业控制力的评价体系以及我国装备制造业的实际情况,本文分别采用外资市场控制率、外资股权控制率、外资技术控制率和重要企业受外资的控制等四个指标考察外资并购对该行业产业安全的影响,并得出外资并购对我国装备制造业产业控制力影响较大的结论,最后提出相应的对策和建议。This article analyses the impact on our equipment manufacture industry security from transnational corporations M＆A in terms of power of industry. According to the evaluation system of power of industry and the actual situation of our equipment manufacture, it adopts four indicators; market control rate, the stock control rate, the technology control rate of the foreign direct investment and the control to the important enterprises of foreign capital, to investigate the impact of the industry from transnational corporations M＆A. The result shows there has a full impact on it. At last, it presents corresponding strategies and recommendations.
