摘　　要：从高校贫困生群体现实需求和科学管理的角度出发,系统概括当前高校贫困生群体的现状和主要问题,全面总结面向贫困生群体社团组织的现状和先进经验,分析存在问题,探索新时期高校贫困生社团组织工作的新模式、新途径和新方法,为贫困生群体搭建沟通桥梁,构建发展平台,共建和谐社团与和谐校园。From the angles of the current demand of poverty student＇s group of the university and scientific management, the article summarizes systematically the current situation and main problems of poverty student＇s group in the university, then sum up the current situation and advanced experience facing the league organizations of poverty student＇s group in an all--round way, analyze the existing problem, explore the new mode, route and method of league organization work of poverty student in the university of new period, to put up and link up the bridge for poverty student＇s group, and construct the development platform, construct the harmonious league and s campus together.
