印鉴识别中印章的提取和修复问题研究

摘　　要：提取质量高、干扰小的印章是识别印章的前提,本文采用了一种基于HSI色彩模型和RGB色彩模型的印章提取方法,并提出了先使用Hough变换对印章分割,再根据印章中轮廓和文字的特征分别修复的方案。实验证明,该提取方法在保证印章质量的同时把噪声干扰降到最小;先分割后修复的方案能够填充印章轮廓,并保持印章文字的骨架结构,去除椒盐噪声。In the process of the seal verification, the precondition of identifying the seal is that the seal abstracted with high quality and low noise. The authors propose an improved method basing on HSI Color Space and build a plan that the seal segmentation with Hough transform ahead of the seal restore. Experiments indicate that this abstraction method can abstract the seal with high enough quality, the restore after the seal segmentation fill the gap of the seaJ contour and avoid over-filling of Chinese character at the ioint of stroke.
