摘  要:根据采煤机工作环境和滚筒调高系统的特点,在分析滚筒记忆程控截割原理的基础上,针对电磁阀控液压缸的开关控制特性,采用模糊控制理论对电磁换向阀模糊控制器进行了设计,给出了模糊控制器原理及模糊控制规则,实现采煤机滚筒位置高度的再现调节.并以MG200/500型采煤机为实例进行了Simulink仿真研究.仿真结果表明,模糊控制器能有效地对电磁换向阀通断时间进行控制,使系统具有良好的再现跟踪,输出平稳且无超调的性能.According to shearer working environment and the feature of drum automatic lifting system, based on the principle which analyzed shearer drum cutting with memory program controlling, aimed at on-off controls about magnet valve controlling hydraulic cylinder, designed the fuzzy-controller which used solenoid directional valve and adopted fuzzy control theory, provided the frame and the rules of fuzzy controller, achieved to adjust the height of shearer drum. It took a shearer type of MG200/500 for example and perform the Simulink simulation. The result shows that the fuzzy-controller can control the on-off time to solenoid directional valve effectively, output is smooth and steady and the performance is good.
