摘　　要：地震救援人员处于抢险的第一线,其心理健康应该得到我们的关注。文章回顾了地震救援和心理健康的相关文献后,从压力管理的视角,结合相关实证研究,分析了救援人员可能遇到的压力源,并对救援人员压力管理提出了建议。After the Wenchuan Earthquake, we should pay close attention to the psychological health of the rescuers working there. Firstly, this article analyzes the relationship between earthquake rescuing and psychological health and based on empirical studies, analyzes the stressor that rescuers may face, from the perspective of stress management and puts forward some suggestions about coping stress.
