摘　　要：针对电机定子浸漆生产线的现状，开发了基于三菱PLC的电机定子浸漆监控系统，该系统解决了目前压铸机生产线生产定子过程中出现的信息孤岛问题。本文详细介绍了该控制系统的控制方案，给出了上位机和PLC的具体设计原则。该系统投运之后，达到了规定的设计性能，满足了工艺要求，而且运行稳定。Aims at the current situation of motor-stator dipping lacquer product line, develops a supervisory and control system of motor-stator dipping lacquer based on Mitsubishi PLC, which can satisfactorily resolve the problem of ＂Information Solitary Island＂. The article elaborates the control scheme of the control system, presents the specific design principle of the host computer and the PLCs. The operational result of the system shows that the system has reached the design performances and has satisfied the technological demands, and it runs steadily.
