高效液相色谱法测定妇月康胶囊中阿魏酸含量

摘　　要：目的用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定妇月康胶囊中阿魏酸含量。方法采用Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸(8:17:75),检测波长为320nm。结果阿魏酸质量浓度在4～32μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.80%,RSD=1.26%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便、快速、准确,可用于妇月康胶囊的含量测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Fuyuekang Capsules. Methods The HPLC analysis was carried out with Kromasil C18 column and acetonltrile-methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid （8：17：75） as the mobile phase. The wavelength was 320 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between the absorption area value and the concentration in the range of 4 - 32 μg/mL. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible. It can be used in the quality control of Fuyuekang Capsules.
