国产吉西他滨联合草酸铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察国产吉西他滨联合草酸铂（GEMOX）方案治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法对26例年龄在65～75岁之间的晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者施以国产吉西他滨（泽菲，GEM）1000mg·m^-2静脉滴注d1，d8；草酸铂（LOHP）100mg·m^-1。静脉滴注d1。结果总有效率为42.3％（11／26），中位生存期8．9个月，一年生存率39．3％。结论国产吉西他滨联合草酸铂治疗老年晚期NSCLC不仅疗效好，而且毒副反应轻，治疗耐受性好，是老年晚期NSCLC患者理想的化疗方案，值得应用和推广。Aim To observe the therapeutic effect and side effects of homemade Gemeitabine associated with Oxaliplatin in aged patients with late nonsmall-cell lung cancer, Method 26 aged patients between 65 and 75 years old with late nonsmall-cell lung cancer were treated with homemade Gemeitabine at 1 000 mg · m^-2 on the day 1st and the day 8th associated with Oxaliplatin at 100 mg · m^-2 on the day 1 st through intravenous drip, Result The total effective rate is 42. 3% （ 11/26）, eight to nine months of Median Survival Time and 39.3% of survival rate. Conclusion There is a better therapeutic effect with slight and endurable side effects of homemade Gemcitabine associated with Oxaliplatin in aged patients with late nonsmall-eell lung cancer, which is worth applying and advertising for the clinic use.
