我国高校信息化管理体制革新探析

摘　　要：随着我国高校信息化建设的推进,传统的高校信息化管理体制已不能适应高校发展的要求,需要以创新管理理念、重组管理结构、拓展管理职能为目标,以全面的信息化管理为核心增强高校在信息化时代的竞争能力。高校信息化管理体制的革新,必须从明确信息化管理在高校管理体系中的定位、明确信息化管理(CIO模式)的职责与权力、明确信息化管理者的素质及选择标准等途径入手。With the constructing progress of college informatization in China, traditional information management system now can not meet the requirment of colleges＇ development. To improve colleges＇ core competitive capability in imformational era, we need to bring out a comprehensive information management which aims at reforming the notion,reconstructing the structure, and expanding the responsibility. The innovation of college information management system should be carried out through such ways as clarifying its location in college management system, designing let＇mite duties and power for CIO, and making distinct information managers＇ quality and criterion of choosing.
