摘　　要：目的 研究IGF-ⅡP3DRz对肝癌细胞生长的抑制作用．方法 用噻唑蓝比色法（MTT）检测DRz对肝癌细胞SMMC-7721的增殖抑制作用；流式细胞技术检测分析细胞凋亡；倒置显微镜、光镜Giemsa染色观察细胞形态．结果 DRz作用SMMC-7721细胞24h后，细胞存活率明显下降，而且脱氧核酶的浓度增加，抑制作用增强（P〈0．01）；DRz可诱导SMMC-7721细胞凋亡，细胞形态结构呈现典型的凋亡特征．结论 DRz可通过阻滞细胞周期发展发挥抑制SMMC-7721细胞增殖的作用，DRz还可诱导细胞发生凋亡．Objective To investigate the inhibiting effects of IGF- Ⅱ P3 DRz on apoptosis of hepatocarcinoma cells. Methods The proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells was observed by MTT, assay ; The change of cells cycles and apoptosis of SMMC-7721 cells treated with DRz were analyzed by agar gel electrophoresis and FCM assay. The cell morphology was observed under invert microscope and light microscope Giemsa staining. Results The proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells was inhibited after treating on DRz for 24 h. The inhibiting effect increased gradually with the concentration of DRz increasing（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;typical apoptosis characteristic was present in the cells. Conclusions The inhibiting effect of DRz on the growth of cervical cancer cells was carried out by development of cell cycles;apoptosis was induced by DRz.
