摘　　要：目的:探讨肺小细胞癌组织中4.1蛋白家族的表达情况以及与淋巴结转移的关系。方法:取肺小细胞癌标本41例,采用免疫组织化学Envision+染色法检测4.1蛋白家族的表达情况。以21例癌旁正常组织作为对照。结果:肺小细胞癌组织中4.1R、4.1N和4.1G的阳性表达率低于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05),4.1B在2种组织中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);癌组织中4.1N、4.1G和4.1B的表达均与淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05),4.1R的表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:4.1蛋白家族成员在肺小细胞癌的发生、发展过程中作用不同。Aim： To investigate the expression of protein 4. 1 family in lung small cell carcinoma（LSCC） tissue and its correlation with lymphnode metastasis. Methods ： Envision ＊ immunohistochemistry method was carried out to detect the expression of protein 4.1 family in 41 cases of LSCC tissues and 21 cases of paracarcinoma normal tissues. Results： The positive rates of 4.1R ,4.1N and 4. 1G in LSCC tissues were lower than that in the paracarcinoma normal tissues significant- ly （P〈0.05）. There was no correlation between the expression of 4. 1N,4. 1G,4. 1B and lymphnode metastasis（P 〉 0.05 ） except for 4.1R （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： 4. 1 N,4. 1G,4. 1B and 4. 1R maybe play important and different roles during the process of LSCC carcinogenesis.
