摘  要:目的:检测人皮肤基底细胞癌(BCC)和鳞状细胞癌(SCC)组织中P27kip1、Skp2的表达情况,并探讨其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP染色法检测27例BCC(男15例,女12例;均无淋巴结转移)、23例SCC(男15例,女8例;高分化18例,中、低分化5例;均无淋巴结转移)和20例正常皮肤组织中P27kip1和Skp2蛋白的表达情况。结果:BCC和SCC组织中P27kip1的阳性表达率分别为63.0%和26.1%,低于正常皮肤组织的阳性表达率95.0%(P均<0.05)。BCC和SCC组织中Skp2的阳性表达率分别为40.7%和69.6%,高于正常皮肤组织的阳性表达率10.0%(P均<0.05)。BCC与SCC组织比较,2种蛋白阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。BCC和SCC组织中,P27kip1与Skp2蛋白阳性表达率成负相关(P均<0.05)。结论:P27kip1低表达和Skp2高表达可能与BCC和SCC的发生、发展有关。Aim: To detect the expression of P27kip1 and Skp2 protein in cutaneous basal cell carcinoma(BCC) and squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) tissue. Methods:P27kip1 and Skp2 protein expression were detected in skin lesions of 27 cases of BCC( 15 cases of male, 12 cases of female; all without lymphatic metastasis) , 23 cases of SCC ( 15 cases of male,8 cases of female; 18 cases of well differentiated, 5 case of moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated ; all without lymphatic metastasis) and 20 normal skin using immunohistochemistry. Results: Expression of P27kip1 protein was detected in a significantly lower proportion in BCC (63.0%) and SCC(26.1% ) than that in normal skin (95.0%) (P 〈 0.05 ). Expression of Skp2 protein was detected in a significantly higher proportion in BCC (40.7%) and SCC (69.65%) than that in normal skin( 10.0% ) ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were significant difference between BCC and SCC on P27~ipl and Skp2 expression( P 〈 0.05 ). In BCC and SCC tissue, P27k^pl expression was negatively correlated with Skp2 (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of P27kip1 and Skp2 may contribute to the pathogenesis and progression of BCC and SCC.
