摘 要:目的:探讨槲皮素与钼的最佳反应条件,合成槲皮素-钼配合物。方法:以槲皮素和钼酸铵为原料,采用紫外分光光度法筛选反应液的最佳酸度、原料的物质的量比、温度、反应时间。结果与结论:槲皮素和钼酸铵在乙醇溶液中,以物质的量比1.5∶2.0(槲皮素∶钼),在pH值为2.5反应液中于20~30℃反应6h时,配合物合成产率最大。且经紫外、红外光谱测定推测出其结构。Aim : To investigate the best conditions of the chemical reaction between quercentin and molybdenum to get quercetin-molybdenum complex. Methods:Quercetin and ammonium molybdate which served as raw materials reacted with each other under certain conditions to form the synthesis of quercetin-molybdenum. The synthesis' absorbance was detected by using UV spectruphotometric method to determine the reaction pH, the molar ratio of raw materials, reaction tempera- ture, and time. Results and conclusion:The synthesis of quercetin and ammonium molybdate has been tested to be at maximum yield when it was in ethanol solution for six hours, with the ratio of 1.5 : 2.0 ( quercetin and ammonium molyb- date) , pH 2.5, the temperature at 20 to 30 ~C. The complex has been characterized by spectrum methods.
