摘　　要：回顾土地利用区划研究并分析目前发展趋向,提出现代土地利用区划新方案——土地利用功能区划。界定土地利用功能概念,依据土地利用功能内涵及分区原则,从土地资源利用基础及土地利用的经济、社会和生态环境三大功能方面构建分区指标,并采用3S技术和列联表互斥矩阵分类方法进行功能分区,该方案有助于推动区域土地可持续利用。Development of land sustainable use requires a corresponding zonation research to comprehensively identify regional function characteristics. Based on adopting the method of documentation and comparison study, the research on land use regionalization in China was reviewed, and the future research trend was analyzed. And then a new conceiving of modern land use zonation was proposed. Based on the connotation of land-- using function and regionalization principles, the basic division indices were gotten according to land resources and land--use function including economy, society and entironment, and the function regions were divided by adopting 3S technology and the erosstab mutually exclusive matrix elassified methods. The result showed that the above--mentioned scheme is propitious to promote land--use zonation research.
