摘　　要：基于知识管理平台中的高校学报,要办出特色、办出水平的核心在于编辑团队的整体素质,以及编辑团队知识的协调效应。在此过程中,利用有效的途径,构建适合自身特点的模式,是实现团队知识共享的关键,也是进一步提升所在学报办刊质量的关键。The overall competency and coordination ability of the editor team are the key to upgrade the quality and evolve its own characteristics of college journal which is on the platform of knowledge management. To find an efficient way and to construct suitable pattern for knowledge coordination are the essense of knowledge sharing, and the essense of upgrading the quality of college journal as well.
