摘　　要：复贴机是一个典型的复杂、联动、时变、非线性卷绕系统,因而采用不依赖系统模型,对非线性系统控制效果较好的模糊控制对张力进行控制,为了提高控制精度,并对基于解析表达式的模糊模型的模糊控制器的修正因子用IATE积分优化,控制器的量化和比例因子采用自调整的策略。The affixmre machine is a typically complicated, linkage, time - variable, and non - linear winding system, so fuzzy controller which does not rely on the system model and can better control the nonlinearity system is adopted to control the tension. In order to improve control accuracy, the correct factors of fuzzy controller based on the analytical of expression fuzzy model are optimized with the IATE integral, and the quantification and proportionality factor use the adjustment strategy.
