摘　　要：介绍了供应链和供应链管理的概念,在对我国矿山企业供应链管理不利因素分析的基础上,提出了我国矿山企业实施供应链管理的对策。有效实施供应链管理可以实现提高矿山产品质量,保证矿产资源生产供应;降低库存成本,节约企业流动资金,降低矿产品成本,提高企业竞争能力;提高管理水平,实现向管理要效益等效果,从而使我国矿山企业更好地发展和壮大。Introduced a concept of sc and scm, based on the analyses of the China＇ s mining enterprises, adverse factors in the application of scm, proposed the solutions of the implementation of the mining scm. The effective implementation of scm can improve the quality of minerals to guarantee the supply of mineral resources production. Lower inventory costs, saving enterprises, liquidity; Reduce minerals costs and enhance competitiveness of enterprises. Improve the level of management, to achieve the management efficiency. China＇s mining enterprises will have a more and more bright future.
