布托啡诺的药理作用及其在术后镇痛的应用

摘　　要：布托啡诺属于混合型阿片受体激动-拮抗药，主要激动κ和σ受体，拮抗μ受体，该药能有效地减轻中度及重度疼痛，镇痛效价是吗啡的5-8倍，同时具有镇静作用，很少出现欣快及不愉快的感觉。布托啡诺主要用于手术后中度和重度疼痛，其不良反应主要有嗜睡、头晕、恶心、呕吐等。Butorphanol is a mixed opioid receptor agonist/antagonist, which agonist g-receptor and or-receptor. It is an effective analgesic used for the relief of moderate to severe pains. Its analgesic effect is 5 to 8 times as good as morphine. It has the sedation profiles with rare euphoria or uncomfortable sense. Butorphanol has mainly been applied in moderate to severe postoperative pain, the most common side effects of which are sleepiness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and so on.
