镍铬合金桩核冠修复失败22例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析核桩冠修复失败的原因。方法对我科2005～2007年制作的镍铬合金桩核修复体276例进行临床回访调查。结果修复失败者22例,共23颗牙。其中桩核脱落11例,13颗牙;根折裂4例,4颗牙;根尖周炎3例,3颗牙;牙周及牙龈炎3例,3颗牙。结论桩核冠修复虽然已经成为修复残根残冠的较好的修复方法,但在制作过程中,除应注意根管预备和保留足够的牙体组织外,还应注意正确的临床操作和精确的技工制作,以保证取得上佳的修复效果。Objective To analyze the reasons for the failure in treating defected tooth root and corona with nichrome nuclear and post crowns. Methods Follow-up surveys were conducted to explore the curative effects of hichrome nuclear and post crowns on defected tooth root and corona treated from 2005 to 2007 in this hospital. Resuits 22 cases got no effects in 23 teeth. Exfoliation of nuclear and post crowns occurred in 13 teeth of 1 cases, Fracture of root in 4 teeth of 4 cases, apical perlodontitis in 3 teeth of 3 cases and perlodontitis and gingivitis in 3 teeth of 3 cases, Conclusion Restoration with nuclear and postcrown can produce good effects only when the root canal preparation and enough preservation of tissues of tooth is given much attention to in addition to correct clinical management and delicate preparation.
