摘　　要：目的通过观察榄香烯对胃癌SGC-7901细胞株生长以及对过氧化物酶体增殖激活物受体γ(PPARγmRNA表达的影响,探讨榄香烯抑制SGC-7901细胞增殖的可能机制。方法用不同浓度的榄香烯处理胃癌SGC-7901细胞,CCK-8法观察细胞增殖抑制作用;RT-PCR法检测胃癌SGC-7901细胞中PPARγmRNA表达的变化。结果榄香烯抑制SGC-7901细胞增殖,呈浓度和时间依赖性;作用48h后明显抑制胃癌SGC-7901细胞PPARγ基因表达,呈浓度依赖性结论榄香烯可能通过下调PPARγmRNA表达抑制胃癌SGC-7901细胞的增殖。Objective To investigate the effect of elemene on cell growth and expression of peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor gamma （PPARγ）in human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells. Methods SGC-7901 cells were treated with various concentrations of elemene. Cell proliferation was assayed by CCK-8 method and PPARγ mRNA expression was semi-quantified by RT-PCR. Results Elemene had a potent inhibitory effect on the growth of SGC-7901 cells in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner. After 48 h treatment of elemene the expression of PPARγ mRNA in SGC-7901 cells was significantly down-regulated. Conclusion Elemene can inhibit the growth of SGC-7901 cells, which is associated with a down-regulation of PPARγ mRNA.
