摘　　要：ZEN是OMRON公司生产的一种基于数字控制原理的控制器,由于其可编程、工作可靠、驱动能力强和性价比好等特点,在单机控制或单机的技术改造中应用十分广泛。论述了在单机自动化改造中ZEN的应用法,并通过举例总结了技术改造的一般步骤和方法。ZEN is a controller based on the digital control theory produced by ORMON corporation. Because of its programmable, reliable, strong ability to drive and cost - effective, it is widely used in standalone control or single technological transformation. This paper discusses the application of ZEN in automation of standalone. And summing up the technological transformation of the general steps and methods through examples.
