Optimal selection of ecological restoration scenarios for Beijing north-ring water system

摘  要:开展北京市北环水系生态修复对遏制生态退化、提高生态服务功能具有重要意义。考虑研究区生态流量、水质和水生态保护目标,设定了维持现状(S0)、污染治理(S1)、低强度综合修复(S2)、中强度综合修复(S3)与高强度综合修复(S4)共5个生态修复方案。依据模拟结果,运用TOPSIS方法进行优选,结果表明,S2、S3和S43个方案对理想点贴近度分别可达0.73、0.81和0.93,水量、水质、水生态均满足规划目标值要求;依据现实可行性,分别推荐S2、S3和S4为近期、中期与远期实施方案。The implementation of ecological restoration of Beijing north-ring water system is of significance for the ecological degradation control and ecological services improvement of Beijing. In terms of the targets on ecological flow, water quality, and aquatic ecological conservation, five ecological restoration scenarios named as no-action (S1) , integrative low-intensity ecological restoration scenario ( S0 ) , pollution control scenario scenario ( S2 ) , integrative middle-intensity ecological restoration scenario (S3 ), and integrative high-intensity ecological restoration scenario ( S4 ) were proposed. According to the results of model simulation, the optimal selection was conducted by using TOPSIS method. The scenarios S2, S3 and S4 had 0. 73, 0. 81 and 0. 93 of the approaching degrees to ideal point, respectively, with the ecological flow, water quality, and aquatic ecology complied with the required planning targets. They were finally selected as the recommended near-future, middle-term, and long-term implementation scenarios, respectively.
