非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血清中BFGF的表达及黄芪注射液对其的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者血清中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(BFGF)的表达及黄芪注射液对其的影响。方法:将75例NHL患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用黄芪注射液配合CHOP方案治疗,对照组单用CHOP方案化疗,治疗前后检测患者血清中BFGF水平,并评价两组患者的近期疗效、生活质量、毒副反应。结果:治疗后治疗组患者血清中BFGF水平显著降低,近期疗效有上升趋势,生活质量显著提高,毒副反应明显降低。结论:黄芪注射液可以降低与NHL患者预后有关的血清BFGF水平,配合化疗有明显的增效,减毒及改善患者生活质量的作用。Objective：To investigate the non -Hodgkin＇s lymphoma （NHL） in the serum of patients with basic fibroblast growth factor （BFGF） and the expression of the ring for their astragalus injection. Methods：75 eases of NHL patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, the treatment group used astragalus injection in the treatment with CHOP, CHOP control group chemotherapy alone, before and after treatment of patients with serum levels of BFGF, and to evaluate two patients Short-term efficacy, quality of life, side effects. Results：The treatment group after treatment in patients with BFGF level was significantly lower, the effect of the recent rising trend, the quality of life significantly increased, the toxicity of decreased significantly. Conclusion： Astragalus injection can reduce the prognosis of patients with NHL and the serum levels of BFGF, with chemotherapy significantly improve efficiency, and attenuated and improve the quality of life in patients.
