摘　　要：目的:视觉2020行动是于1999年发起的,目前与之相关的许多项目在进行中,为了配合这一行动,乃调查和林格尔县主要眼病和致盲原因。方法:采用分组,随机的调查方法,对和林格尔县的眼病和主要致盲原因进行调查。结果:和林格尔盲的发病率为0.72%,白内障约占主要致盲原因的一半。结论:主要眼病和致盲原因仍然是白内障,眼底病,包括糖尿病视网膜病变有上升趋势。Objective：Vision 2020 is launched in 1999, currently a lot of program is undergoing accompany with this program, so as to investigate the main cause of eye disease and blindness in Helinger County. Methods：A random and grouped method was used to investigate the main cause of eye disease and blindness in Helinger County. Results ：The morbidity of blindness in Helinger County is 0.72%, and nearly half of blindness is cataract. Conclusion： Cataract is still the main cause of eye disease and blindness. Retinal disease, including diabetic retinopathy has a tendency to increase.
