摘 要:为改善速滑课教学环境,活跃课堂气氛,充分发挥教师和学生在教学过程中的主导和主体作用,达到提高教学效果之目的,对师生在速滑课教学中常见的矛盾、冲突和出现的问题,从心理学、教育学和社会学角度分析和论述速滑课教学中师生间互动和沟通方式,进而提出速滑课师生教学互动的构思和设想。得出以下结论:速滑课师生进行教学互动和沟通方式必须建立在平等相互尊重的基础上;充分发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用;速滑课教学师生互动应是平等、融洽、合作及和谐的;教学过程中师生良性互动对速滑课产生积极影响,可有效地提高教学质量。For improving the teaching environment, activizing the class atmosphere, well bringing into play the teacher's leading role and students'main body role in order to increase the teaching effect, from the viewpoint of psychology, pedagogy and sociology, the article analyzes the familiar contradictions and conflict between teacher and students and the problems which exist in skating teaching, and discusses the interaction and intercommunication between teacher and students. Sequentially, it suggests the design of interaction teaching. Its conclusion is that the teaching means of interaction and intercommunication must base on the equality and mutual respect, may well bring into play the teacher's leading role and the students main body role, come into being the equal, matey, cooperative and concordant relation between them, have positive influence on the skating teaching and effectively improve the teaching effect.
