江西省普通高校教育投入:问题及对策

摘　　要：1999年全国普通高校扩招以来,江西省普通高校得到了飞速发展,但同时也面临着教育投入不足的困境。本文以教育投入总量、生均教育经费、生均预算内教育经费以及生均公用经费为统计指标,对江西省2003年-2006年普通高校教育投入情况进行了实证分析。针对江西省普通高校教育投入存在的问题,提出几点政策建议。Since national enlargement of recruiting students to ordinary colleges from year of 1999, Jiangxi colleges have developed rapidly, mean while, they face the problem of financial deficiency. This thesis carries through an positive analysis on education devotion of Jiangxi ordinary colleges from 2003 to 2006 on the basis of index of total education devotion,average student education outlay,average student budget education outlay and average student public outlay. On the problems of education devotion in Jiangxi ordinary colleges, this thesis puts forward some policy suggestions.
