摘　　要：目的探讨影响司法精神医学初鉴质量的因素及需注意解决的问题。方法对273例初鉴案例运用分类统计法对影响司法精神病初鉴质量原因进行多因素分析。结果送鉴卷宗材料不齐全、临时申请鉴定、办案人员主观性倾向等非技术性因素为主要影响初鉴质量的原因,与鉴定人员精神医学诊断水平及行为责任能力评定等技术性因素比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论强化司法精神医学鉴定法规、完善鉴定程序及文书管理等是提高司法精神医学初鉴工作质量必须重视的问题。Objective To explore factors influencing the first-appraise quality of forensic psychiatry and problems needing solving. Methods Multiplicities were conducted on factors influencing first-appraise quality of forensic psychiatry using classification statistc in 273 first-appraise cases. Results The main factors influencing first-appraise quality were such non-technical as incomplete appraised files,temporary appraisement application,subjective tendency of personnel handling the cases etc. and those very significant differences from technical factors such as psychiatry diagnosis levels of appraisers and appraisements of capability（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion In order to improve the first-appraise quality of forensic psychiatry, to strengthening the legislations of forensic psychiatry appraisal and consummating appraisement procedure and documents managements should be paid attention.
