摘 要:目的研究结肠癌组织中COX-2和VEGF表达的相互关系,探讨其在结肠癌发生和临床病理特征的关系。方法收集106例结肠癌,用免疫组化S-P法检测COX-2、VEGF蛋白的表达,观察COX-2、VEGF表达的相互关系,分别研究COX-2、VEGF与结肠癌病理分级及淋巴结转移之间的关系。结果VEGF表达随COX-2表达升高而升高(P<0.05)。COX-2表达随结肠癌病理分级增高而增高(P<0.05)。VEGF表达与结肠癌病理分级无关。COX-2、VEGF表达阳性率在结肠癌淋巴结转移阳性组明显高于淋巴结转移阴性组(P<0.05)。结论COX-2、VEGF可能参与结肠癌的发生发展过程,COX-2可能通过上调VEGF促进结肠癌组织的血管新生,并影响结肠癌的预后。Objective To examine the relationship between COX-2 and VEGF expressions in colon carcinoma, and to discuss their roles in tumorigenesis and their association with elinieopathologie features. Methods The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF in 106 samples of colon cancer tissues were analyzed with S-P immunohistoehemistry, and the correlations of COX-2 and VEGF to lymph node metastasis and histological classification in colon cancer. Results Of the 106 specimens, the COX-2 expression was significantly increased with the elevation of VEGF expression and significantly associated with histological classification. The positive expressions of COX-2 and VEGF in lymph node metastasis were much higher than those in no lymph node metastasis(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion COX-2 and VEGF may be involved in colon tumorgenesis, and COX-2 may be accelerate angiogenesis by increasing VEGF expression and can predict prognosis of colon cancer.
