摘　　要：介绍了常用于组合逻辑电路故障检测的特征分析法,并将这种方法应用于时序电路。对特征分析法在串行通信电路故障检测中的应用进行了研究。针对某型导航计算机串行通信原理,设计了16位特征分析器,所实现的故障检测电路具有故障侦测率高和自主检测的优点。A method for combinatory logic electric circuit fault detection based on feature analysis is introduced. And applies this method to the sequence circuit. According to a certain type navigation computer serial communication protocol, the application of this method in serial communication circuit fault detection is studied. Has designed 16 feature analyzers, the failure detection electric circuit has merit of high failure detecting rate and the independent examination.
