摘  要:教师博客的出现,将在传统的"课堂式教育模式"之外,催生出开放的"集市式教育模式"。文章在探讨教师博客特征的基础上,指出教师博客具有反思日常教学、开展教师教育与培训、提升教学实践、促进教师专业发展的价值,并试图通过对教师博客面临发展困境的探讨,以期为教师博客的良性发展提供借鉴。With the large-scale popularization of teachers" blog, there will be" educational pattern of market" which is really opened to people, except the traditional "educational pattern of church" based on class education. This article points out that teachers'blog has the features of introspecting daily teaching, carrying out education and training to teachers, developing teaching practice, stimulating the value of the teachers'major, which intends to offer some experience for the sound development of teachersblog by exploring the current predicament of it.
