细小病毒H_1对人胃癌裸小鼠移植瘤生长的抑制作用

摘　　要：给裸小鼠皮下接种人胃癌裸小鼠移植瘤（ＳＧＣ７９０１）后，在瘤周围注射细小病毒Ｈ１，结果肿瘤生长受抑制，抑制率为５８．５％，改用腹腔注射则抑制作用不明显。给ＫＭ小鼠１次腹腔注射细小病毒Ｈ１１０９／ｋｇ后，未见明显毒性反应。Nude mice transplanted with human stomach adenocarcinoma (SGC7901) were injected with parvovirus H1 around the site where SGC7901 was inoculated.The group treated with the virus at 2×10 7/kg twice a week for 3 weeks showed high tumor inhibition at the rate of 58.5%.No apparent efficacy was found in the group treated intraperitoneally with parvovirus H1 at the same dose schedule.The toxicity of parvovirus H1 seemed to be very low,no toxic reaction was found when 10 9/kg of the virus was injected intraperitoneally in KM mice.
