摘 要:以香兰素、1,2-丙二醇为原料在强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化作用下合成香兰素1,2-丙二醇缩醛,分别研究了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量等条件对合成反应的影响。结果表明,在香兰素用量0.1 mol,n(1,2-丙二醇):n(香兰素)2.2,强酸性阳离子交换树脂用量1 g,带水剂环己烷30 mL,反应温度90~95℃,反应时间3.5 h,香兰素1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达到84.86%,产品纯度98.5%。催化剂重复使用多次仍保持较高的催化活性,且催化剂易处理。Vanillin 1,2 - propylene glycol acetal was synthesized using 1, 2 - propylene glycol and vaniUin as starting materials and strongly acidic cation exchange resin as catalyst. The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time ,materials ratio ,the amounts of catalyst on the synthesis were studied, and the proper technological conditions were given as follows:when vaniUin is 0. lmol , n( 1,2 -propanediol) :n(vanillin) 2.2; reaction tem- perature 90 -95 ℃, reaction time 3. 5 hours; the amounts of strongly acidic cation exchange resin 1 g;water - carrying agent(cyclohexane) 30 mL. The yield of vanillin 1,2 -propylene glycol acetal can reach 84.86%. Purity of the VaniUin 1,2 - propylene glycol acetal was 98.5%. and the catalysts can be used repeatedly.
