摘　　要：《汉语拼音方案》及其正词法是国家语言法律规定的拼写和注音工具。它具有音素化、拉丁化、口语化和词式化的性质。要破除阻力,让它发挥更大的作用。Scheme of Chinese Phonetic Alphabet and Chinese phonetic transcription orthography are the phonetic spelling tools of national language law. It not only has the nature of phonemicization , Romanization, colloquial,but also the nature of the word-type. Chinese phonetic alphabet can eradicate various resistances, and play a bigger role.
