摘　　要：目的探讨单侧完全性唇裂的修复术式。方法在MillardⅡ’s法的基础上作了改进,取消了8点,充分利用回切,对45例单侧完全性唇裂患者行修复整形。结果全部患者均获随访,手术效果满意,唇部外形静态协调自然,鼻底及鼻翼外侧角恢复满意。结论改良的Millard修复单侧完全性唇裂对唇部和鼻畸形均得到了良好的矫正。[Objective] To explore the repairing method of the unilateral complete cleft lip. [Methods] We used the method to 45 patients of unilateral complete cleft, lip, which cancel 8 points and take full advantage of cut-back on the basis of Millard method. 45 patients of unilateral complete cleft lip were valued. [Result] All patients were followed up, the ideal operative effects were obtained, the repaired lip is natural and harmonious in the rest and movement, nasal flooi： is full and both lateral crura are as the same harizontal plane. [Conclusion] The improved Millard is the fairly good method of repairing unilateral complete cleft lip.
